Terms of Service

By accessing or using TruPass you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you are using the service (if any), and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

TruPass provides white-label process-management infrastructure for health-tourism clinics, including patient profiles, medical-form generation, treatment plans, aftercare flows, document upload, and integrations with messaging providers (WhatsApp Business, SMS, email).

TruPass does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or healthcare services. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed clinic and its healthcare professionals.

• Clinic accounts are controllers of their patient data and are responsible for obtaining lawful consent before uploading or processing any patient information.
• Patient accounts are invited by a clinic and may upload their own documents, complete forms, and communicate with the clinic.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@gettrupass.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or content that violates WhatsApp Business or Meta Platform policies.
• Upload content you are not legally entitled to share, including patient data collected without proper consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the platform's security controls.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put other users, the platform, or connected third-party services at risk.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (patient records, forms, photographs, documents, messages — "Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Content and for obtaining the consents required to process it (including consent under GDPR, KVKK, and any sector-specific medical-data laws applicable to you).

TruPass integrates with third-party providers including Meta (WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Facebook Login), Wati, Twilio, payment gateways, and analytics services. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of the third-party provider. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Paid plans are described in the order form or pricing page applicable to your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which we will delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

TruPass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruPass and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of İstanbul, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
